The “Ruck for Arden” fundraising from TRVLSQD-Moscow, ID
As you know TRVLSQD goes beyond training and it’s fun antics. We’re about helping those in need. “Ruck for Arden” is a fundraising event to raise money and awareness for a baby boy named Arden and his family with the costs of the medical attention he needs.
Here’s a little information on Arden currently…He is 7 months old. He has Multifocal Lymphangioendothelialmatosis with Thrombocytopenia. He is one of 48 people internationally to be diagnosed with MLT. There is no known treatment besides transfusing packed red blood cells. Has had about 800 visits to the hospital. You can read more on the TRVLSQD website; https://trvlsqd.org/trvlannouncement/a-family-fights-and-so-shall-we/
This fundraiser has a spin to it. TRVLSQD- Moscow, ID will be performing a 12 mile ruck at the end of the fundraising period and for every donation made, we will perform PT for the donations received throughout the 12 miles.
For example, if someone donates $1, the entire group on the ruck will perform 1 body builder, $3 equals 3 body builders. If someone donates $25 we’ll perform 10 ruck weighted Push-ups. I have provided a list of PT for donation which is under the “The fine details” located at the bottom of this thread.
The purchased PT will be filmed for your enjoyment and posted on all TRVLSQD chapter’s FB group pages.
We will be collecting donations via PayPal. When making a donation please send as a gift (send money to friends or family button) to vince@vgastrengthconditioning.com Please indicate “Ruck for Arden” in the description.
